Welcome to eNotices, an on-line tool for preparing public procurement notices and publishing them in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.
eNotices provides access to all standard forms used in European public procurement. This free service allows you to work in a personalized environment, speeding up your work and the process of publishing your tender notices. eNotices also helps to check for possible errors in notices and for the compliance with the EU directives regulating public procurement procedures.
You need to be registered to use this service. If you want to create a new user account on eNotices please start by registering with the European Commission Authentication Service (ECAS). You can skip this step if you already have an ECAS account. Select 'External' domain on ECAS unless you work in EU institutions. After that, log in to eNotices via ECAS and follow the instructions.

New forms available
Standard forms established by the Regulation (EU) 2015/1986 and covered by the Directives 2014/23/EU, 2014/24/EU and 2014/25/EU are now available in eNotices. Please select the appropriate directives in your user profile in order to access the correct forms.
The European Commission has launched a pilot project to use the Internal Market Information (IMI) system to help public authorities check the information and documentation provided by procurement companies from other European countries. Read more on IMI website.
